Text time history of inflows and outflows in cms. Locations are marked in the header. Time is in the ISO-like format: 20090210T00:00.
The flux file assumes the American River is independent of the Sacramento, which is generally only how we handle runs with temperature. The cold content of the American is important for temperature validation, but the American extension can be ignored (lumped with Sac) for tide and salinity modeling. The effect on sediment is still being evaluated.
