    • Arkoma Basin detrital zircon data

    This data release consists of new USGS-generated detrital zircon and sandstone petrography data from the Geosphere paper "Peri-Gondwanan-derived sediment in the Arkoma Basi from the north: The detrital zircon record of a uniquely unaltered non-Laurentian source in the late Paleozoic". Both data sets consist of a metadata and analyses tables. Metadata tables include sample information such as sample unit, age, number of analyses, and location information. Detrital zircon analyses data are standard-corrected and reduced, and tables include U concentration (ppm), Th/U, isotopic ratios, and isotopic ages. One-sigma uncertainties are included for isotopic ratios and isotopic ages. The sandstone petrographic analyses data table includes modal composition percentages and average grain size of samples.
