Parcel Information Extractor

You can use the Parcel Information Extractor tool to filter and download Allegheny County Property Assessment data hosted on the Regional Data Center open data portal. You can select a municipality, a neighborhood or even draw the region you'd like data for.
The tool has now been expanded beyond property assessment data to include sales transactions, PLI violations, and liens data.
