Adopted Microtransit Zones
Microtransit is a program that will connect customers through on-demand services for the first and last mile of their trip. The zones in the dataset are the areas that have met CATS criteria to participate in this program. In addition to reducing travel time, the Microtransit program will enhance the riders’ experience by providing key connections to major hubs where high frequency bus routes and other forms of mobility all come together. The data includes the name of the zone and the rollout phase and date. The rollout phase is hidden from the public Charlotte Explorer but is available on the Internal CLTEX.
