40Ar/39Ar isotopic data from Northwestern Tip of the Arabian-Nubian Shield, Jordan
This data release includes 40Ar/39Ar collected at the U.S. Geological Survey for samples from the northwestern tip of the Arabian-Nubian Shield in Jordan. Rock samples were collected by Hind Ghanem from the University of Jordan. Microcores composed of intergrown sericite and albite and an amphibole mineral separate were analyzed by 40Ar/39Ar geochronology at the U.S. Geological Survey Bascom Argon Dating (BARD) Laboratory in Reston, Virginia.
