Published by data.oregon.gov | State of Oregon | Catalog Last Checked: June 30, 2026 at 08:58 PM | Dataset Last Updated: June 30, 2026
This dataset contains spreadsheet data from the 2026 Rent and Income Limits dashboard. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) sets income limits to determine eligibility for subsidized housing programs. These are set for each metropolitan area, parts of some metropolitan areas, and each non-metropolitan county. Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) publishes these income limits and the associated rent limits for the following programs through the OHCS Income and Rent Limits Dashboard: Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Tax Exempt Bonds HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Moderate-Income Revolving Loan Program (MIRL) Tribal Housing Grant Fund (THGF)
