No personally identifiable information about any visitors or their boats is included. Information regarding the number, timing, and types of visitors boating to GRNMS has been a key information need since the sanctuary was designated in 1981. This project addresses this need by compiling 5 key datasets that quantify boat visitation at GRNMS. Partners include: Gray’s Reef National Marine Sanctuary, National Data Buoy Center, Georgia Department of Natural Resources, and US Coast Guard Auxiliary.
