Goals of the FunAqua project are to document the drivers of global aquatic fungal diversity and determine the breadth of the niche of aquatic fungi locally, globally, and in relation to soil and leaves. Data contributed by the U.S. Geological Survey, Northern Prairie Wildlife Research Center include standard water-quality parameters (dissolved oxygen, pH, water temperature) that were measured during the collection of water and soil samples, which were submitted to the project for fungal analyses. Data and samples were collected during August of 2019 from natural wetlands and experimental ponds located Stutsman County, North Dakota, USA.", "distribution": [{"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "accessURL": "https://doi.org/10.5066/P1S65I9X", "description": "Landing page for access to the data", "format": "XML", "mediaType": "application/http", "title": "Digital Data"}, {"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "description": "The metadata original format", "downloadURL": "https://data.usgs.gov/datacatalog/metadata/USGS.67e43d1ed34ee7f14221743f.xml", "format": "XML", "mediaType": "text/xml", "title": "Original Metadata"}], "identifier": "http://datainventory.doi.gov/id/dataset/USGS_67e43d1ed34ee7f14221743f", "keyword": ["North America", "North Dakota", "Stutsman County", "USGS:67e43d1ed34ee7f14221743f", "United States", "inlandWaters", "limnology", "water-quality data", "wetland ecosystems"], "modified": "2025-03-26T00:00:00Z", "publisher": {"@type": "org:Organization", "name": "U.S. Geological Survey"}, "spatial": "-99.1435, 46.8730, -98.6247, 47.1097", "theme": ["geospatial"], "title": "Water quality data from wetlands in North Dakota, USA, 2019"}
