Among those data, total sinking particle flux and content and radiocarbon content were previously published in Hwang et al (2009) from 1993 to 2010. Nd content, Nd and Sr isotopic composition are newly obtained with a Thermo-Finnigan NEPTUNE multi-collector inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer (MC-ICP-MS). Here we examined the Nd isotopic composition to constrain particle transport trajectories. These data are collected to constrain trajectories of sediment dispersal on the northwest Atlantic margin.
