We analyzed the response of four species to three annual hydrographs that represent wet, average, and dry conditions.\r\nIn this folder are the model simulation files which includes all content necessary to reproduce the results of the study.  \r\nWithin subfolder \u201cHYDRAULICS\u201d are model simulation files corresponding to steady-state hydraulic modeling, for a range of flow rates, in order to produce a calculated distribution of roughness as a function of presumed vegetative conditions.
