Certain vegetation types were\nexcluded because their wildfire risks are negligible (e.g.,\nwet meadow, estuarine). Agricultural vegetation types were also excluded\nbecause this land is generally outside the SRA. </span></p>\n\n<p><span style='font-size:10.0pt; font-family:&quot;Segoe UI Semilight&quot;,sans-serif;'>Using\nthis method, 20.3 million acres within the 31 million-acre SRA were \nidentified\nthat may be appropriate for vegetation treatments as part of the CalVTP.\n Throughout this PEIR, this area is called \u201ctreatable landscape\u201d or \n&quot;treatable areas&quot;.\u00a0<br /></span></p>\n\n\n<p><span style='font-weight:bold;'><span style='font-size:10.0pt; font-family:&quot;Segoe UI Semilight&quot;,sans-serif;'>It\n is important to note that the treatable landscape represents areas \nsuitable for CalVTP vegetation treatments, but projects will not \nnecessarily occur in every location within the treatable landscape.
