The four frequencies are 100 Hz, 730 Hz,\n5.4 kHz, 30 kHz. The frequency filters are narrow-band, with a 30% bandwidth.\nThus wave intensities are given in V2/m2/Hz.  The filters are\ncontinuously active, but data are only provided at a rate determined\nby the spacecraft telemetry rate.  The wave antenna is oriented\nperpendicular to the spacecraft spin axis, and so the wave instrument\nmeasures only wave fields in the spacecraft spin plane.\nSpin modulation of naturally occurring signals can be used to\nobtain two dimensional wave field information.  The wave antenna\nis a small Y-shaped structure, with effective separation of 0.76\nmeters. The spin phase of the effective dipole is included\nwithin the high resolution data set for each of the channels, which\nare sampled at different times.", "identifier": "urn:nasa:pds:context_pds3:data_set:data_set.pvo-v-oefd-3--efield-hires-v1.0_eek2-ehzz", "issued": "2021-05-21", "keyword": ["pioneer-venus", "venus"], "landingPage": "https://pds.nasa.gov/ds-view/pds/viewDataset.jsp?dsid=PVO-V-OEFD-3--EFIELD-HIRES-V1.0", "license": "http://www.usa.gov/publicdomain/label/1.0/", "modified": "2025-07-17", "programCode": ["026:005"], "publisher": {"@type": "org:Organization", "name": "National Aeronautics and Space Administration"}, "references": ["https://pds.nasa.gov"], "theme": ["Earth Science"], "title": "PVO VENUS SC POSITION DERIVED VSO COORDS 12 SECOND VER1.0"}
