This project was a partnership\r\nbetween the Justice Research and Statistics Association (JRSA) and the National\r\nDistrict Attorney's Association (NDAA) and consisted of two phases. Phase I was\r\na national survey of prosecutors and Phase II was a series of four case studies\r\nin jurisdictions undertaking anti-TIP initiatives.\r\nThe results of the\r\nsurvey are intended to provide a national snapshot of trends in local TIP\r\nprosecutions and the use of state-level TIP statutes by local prosecutors.
