Culex quinquefasciatus is the vector of avian malaria in the Hawaiian Islands. The data is a record of the daily survivorship of Culex quinquefasciatus that have been marked with Rhodamine B.  Mosquitoes were reared in the insectary and their adult survivorship followed under insectary conditions and varying nutrients provided. Initial survivorship trial with individuals from the release cohort was conducted from November 21 to December 18, 2020.
