This modeling application is climatologically forced with a modified version of the CONUS404 that is downscaled to one-kilometer and bias-adjusted for precipitation and temperature (Zhang and others, 2025).\nIn this data release, we present total monthly precipitation, snowfall, evapotranspiration, recharge, baseflow, quickflow, total flow, and average monthly soil water, fractional soil saturation, snow water equivalent, and groundwater storage data that are summarized to twelve-digit hydrologic unit code (HUC12) polygons. Monthly data can be found in \u201chuc12_monthly_wrfhydro_conus404ba_WY1980_2022.nc\u201d. We also present daily snow water equivalent and fractional soil moisture at the HUC12 polygons (\"huc12_daily_wrfhydro-conus404ba_SWE.nc\" and \"huc12_daily_wrfhydro-conus404ba_avgSOILSAT_wltadj_top1.nc\", respectively).
