Field datasets include a topobathymetric digital elevation model (DEM) for a 5-km reach of the Osage River, water surface elevation profiles, and velocity data collected with acoustic Doppler current profiler (ADCP). Channel topography was generated from data collected by USGS staff from the Columbia Environmental Research Center during single beam sonar surveys of the channel bed and high-resolution Real Time Kinematic Global Navigation Satellite Systems for positioning. Field data was used to generate and validate a Lagrangian Particle Tracking model to evaluate the risk of sediment exposure and burial to freshwater mussel communities.", "distribution": [{"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "accessURL": "https://doi.org/10.5066/P1VQGFPB", "description": "Landing page for access to the data", "format": "XML", "mediaType": "application/http", "title": "Digital Data"}, {"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "description": "The metadata original format", "downloadURL": "https://data.usgs.gov/datacatalog/metadata/USGS.65fb34dcd34e64ff1548ce49.xml", "format": "XML", "mediaType": "text/xml", "title": "Original Metadata"}], "identifier": "http://datainventory.doi.gov/id/dataset/USGS_65fb34dcd34e64ff1548ce49", "keyword": ["Missouri", "Osage River", "Osage River Basin", "USGS:65fb34dcd34e64ff1548ce49", "aquatic biology", "biota", "hydrology", "water resources"], "modified": "2024-05-30T00:00:00Z", "publisher": {"@type": "org:Organization", "name": "U.S. Geological Survey"}, "spatial": "-92.55415, 38.19111, -92.50025, 38.22267", "theme": ["geospatial"], "title": "Supporting files for a Langrangian particle tracking model evaluation of sediment exposure and burial for freshwater mussels"}
