The first phase \nwas documented in \"Water-resource trends and comparisons between partial development and October \n2006 hydrologic conditions, Wood River Valley, south-central Idaho\" (Skinner and others, 2007), and the \nsecond phase was documented in \"Ground-water budgets for the Wood River Valley aquifer system, \nsouth-central Idaho\"(Bartolino, 2009). The third phase is a description of the hydrogeologic framework \nof the Wood River Valley aquifer system. The Wood River Valley contains most of the population of Blaine \nCounty and the cities of Sun Valley, Ketchum, Hailey, and Bellevue. This mountain valley is underlain by \nthe alluvial Wood River Valley aquifer system. The entire population of the area depends on groundwater \nfor domestic supply and rapid population growth since the 1970s has caused concern about the long-term \nsustainability of the groundwater resource.", "distribution": [{"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "accessURL": "https://doi.org/10.5066/P9YGNKYY", "description": "Landing page for access to the data", "format": "XML", "mediaType": "application/http", "title": "Digital Data"}, {"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "description": "The metadata original format", "downloadURL": "https://data.usgs.gov/datacatalog/metadata/USGS.9aa92da3-2ed6-43f9-8749-ec4c684b66b8.xml", "format": "XML", "mediaType": "text/xml", "title": "Original Metadata"}], "identifier": "http://datainventory.doi.gov/id/dataset/USGS_9aa92da3-2ed6-43f9-8749-ec4c684b66b8", "keyword": ["Bellevue", "Big Wood River", "Blaine County", "Gannett", "Hailey", "Idaho", "Ketchum", "Picabo", "Silver Creek", "Sun Valley", "USGS:9aa92da3-2ed6-43f9-8749-ec4c684b66b8", "Wood River Valley", "aquifers", "environment", "geoscientificInformation", "groundwater", "hydrogeology", "inlandWaters"], "modified": "2020-11-17T00:00:00Z", "publisher": {"@type": "org:Organization", "name": "U.S. Geological Survey"}, "spatial": "-114.586717, 43.297004, -114.047675, 43.80769", "theme": ["geospatial"], "title": "Estimated Thickness of Quaternary Sediment in the Wood River Valley aquifer system, South-Central Idaho"}
