SPATT samplers are a form of passive sampler constructed of adsorbent resin beads that concentrate cyanotoxins over time. Cyanotoxin congeners were measured from SPATT extracts within the cyanotoxin classes: microcystins, anatoxins, cylindrospermopsins, saxitoxins, anabaenopeptins, and nodularin. Concentrations were measured using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), with some samples also measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).", "distribution": [{"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "accessURL": "https://doi.org/10.5066/P13ZCBI5", "description": "Landing page for access to the data", "format": "XML", "mediaType": "application/http", "title": "Digital Data"}, {"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "description": "The metadata original format", "downloadURL": "https://data.usgs.gov/datacatalog/metadata/USGS.67000c3fd34e80be174ae8e2.xml", "format": "XML", "mediaType": "text/xml", "title": "Original Metadata"}], "identifier": "http://datainventory.doi.gov/id/dataset/USGS_67000c3fd34e80be174ae8e2", "keyword": ["Algal blooms", "California", "Central Valley", "Cyanobacteria", "Cyanotoxins", "ELISA", "LCMS", "Phytoplankton", "SPATT", "Sacramento River", "Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta", "San Francisco Estuary", "San Joaquin", "San Joaquin River", "USGS:67000c3fd34e80be174ae8e2", "Water Quality", "biota"], "modified": "2026-04-14T00:00:00Z", "publisher": {"@type": "org:Organization", "name": "U.S. Geological Survey"}, "spatial": "-121.9537, 37.7968, -121.4127, 38.4235", "theme": ["geospatial"], "title": "Cyanotoxins in the California Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta: Fixed Station Solid Phase Adsorption Toxin Tracking (SPATT) samplers"}
