These detections of unknown tagged individuals were incidental and occur within the range and frequency of effort for a focused active telemetry study on invasive carp. These river segments consist of both open river and impounded habitat present during observed hydrologic conditions from 2019-2023. Relocations were primarily on a monthly interval with initial weekly relocations during the first year. Data are available throughout various seasonal conditions and may be used to document timing of movements in these large rivers.", "distribution": [{"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "accessURL": "https://doi.org/10.5066/P1352GRW", "description": "Landing page for access to the data", "format": "XML", "mediaType": "application/http", "title": "Digital Data"}, {"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "description": "The metadata original format", "downloadURL": "https://data.usgs.gov/datacatalog/metadata/USGS.68c30d44d4be0260db193fce.xml", "format": "XML", "mediaType": "text/xml", "title": "Original Metadata"}], "identifier": "http://datainventory.doi.gov/id/dataset/USGS_68c30d44d4be0260db193fce", "keyword": ["Mississippi River", "Missouri", "Missouri River", "USGS:68c30d44d4be0260db193fce", "aquatic biology", "biota", "fish", "habitat preferences", "telemetry"], "modified": "2025-09-12T00:00:00Z", "publisher": {"@type": "org:Organization", "name": "U.S. Geological Survey"}, "spatial": "-92.2719, 37.1047, -89.3830, 39.0047", "theme": ["geospatial"], "title": "Active location of fish telemetry tags of fish in the Mississippi and Missouri rivers, and tributaries, October 2019 \u2013 September 2023"}
