DOC concentration obtained with TOC analyzer and carbon isotopic composition were measured with accelerator mass spectrometer. This dataset also compiled all available radiocarbon (14C) data from sinking and suspended particulate organic carbon (POC), sedimentary organic carbon (SOC), and DOC from the Amundsen Sea.
