The library consists of models of dry and wet (water coated) hail with axis ratios of 0.6, 0.7, and 0.8 and core sizes from 5 mm to 100 mm. Model surface roughness is introduced as a fraction of the models' equatorial radius. Scattering coefficients can be used for the calculation of polarimetric variables in the modeling of radar variables from the NEXRAD network.
