Additional discrete water profile measurements of temperature, dissolved oxygen, specific conductance, pH, turbidity, chlorophyll fluorescence, phycocyanin fluorescence, and dissolved organic matter fluorescence collected monthly between April and November, 2023 are also included. These continuous data were used in Kowalczk (2026) as inputs in the LakeMetabolizer R package (Winslow and others, 2016; R Core Team 2024) to model ecosystem metabolism.
