The regression was developed from discrete samples of SSC and continuous measurements turbidity at the gage between October 2017 and April 2021. A subset of the entire data collected was selected at random in order to represent the range of conditions throughout the period used but reduce autocorrelation within storm events. The chosen regression model uses turbidity as the explanatory variable. This data release consists of: 1) a comma-separated value (csv) file with the calibration data used to develop the regression model, 2) a Model Archive Summary file (MAS) 508-compliant pdf file format that includes the regression model, model development details, and diagnostic information, and 3) this metadata file. All discrete SSC sample data and continuous turbidity and discharge data at this site are available through the National Water Dashboard accessed at: https://dashboard.waterdata.usgs.gov . The MAS file was generated and reviewed technically for quality assurance following USGS Water Mission Area Technical Policy. The MAS filename includes abbreviated names of the parameters used in the regression model and the start date.
