The collars were manufactured by Telonics (TGW-4600 store-on-board, Mesa, AZ) and were programmed to collect a GPS location every 2 hours. Collars were recovered from the field and the data were downloaded. The dataset includes three tables: (1) information about each caribou that was collared (sex, monitoring period, etc.), (2) GPS locations for female caribou, and (3) GPS locations for male caribou.
