Conditions on the ground should be verified before\nany land use decisions are made based on TOCH-SWMD data. </span></p>\n\n<p style='text-align:justify;'><span style='background-image:initial; background-position:initial; background-size:initial; background-repeat:initial; background-attachment:initial; background-origin:initial; background-clip:initial;'>Hydrology (stream and waterbody)\nclassifications are only valid for a period of five (5) years since the date of\nthe last site visit.  If a stream or waterbody has not been visited within\nfive years of the “verified date” a new site visit is needed.</span> </p>\n\n<p style='text-align:justify;'><span style='color:rgb(34, 34, 34);'>Stream\nclassifications are used to determine the applicability of the Town’s stream\nbuffer regulations.  Wetlands data are incomplete and should not be used\nfor jurisdictional determinations.</span></p>\n\n<p style='text-align:justify;'><span style='color:rgb(34, 34, 34);'>TOCH-SWMD\nmakes no warranties as to the completeness and accuracy of the data\npresented.  The accuracy and completeness of TOCH-SWMD data frequently\ndepends on the date and purpose of the data.</span></p>",
