Data from a rapid response cruise on Aug. 1 2016 are also included for water depth up to 250 m. Quality flags are provided for pH, total alkalinity, and dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC). The maximum depth sampled is 250 m. These data were collected to study seasonal variation of carbonate chemistry and provide baseline information for the poorly-studied continental margin that is inhabited by the northernmost tropical corals around the contiguous United States.
