Each flight released a set of dropsondes that measured a vertical profile of temperature (C), wind speed, wind direction, u-wind, v-wind, RH, descent rate, altitude, and pressure. The dropsonde was a Vaisala RS-92. There were a total of 607 dropsondes. PTU data are 2hz(1/2 sec) and winds/altitude are every 4hz (1/4 sec).
