This is a publication of the initial 1-meter resolution topographic differencing results spanning these Los Angeles fires, along with improved pre-fire digital terrain models (DTMs) and digital surface models (DSMs), and post-fire DTMs and DSMs that match the horizontal coordinate reference system, the geoid and the resolution of the pre-fire rasters. We applied height above ground corrections to the pre-fire point cloud and a translation to the pre-fire raster dataset to improve the co-registration of the pre- and post- fire datasets. We note that these topographic change results span eight years and therefore contain many landscape changes unrelated to the fire.", "distribution": [{"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "accessURL": "https://doi.org/10.5069/G95B00PW", "mediaType": "text/html", "title": "OpenTopography Data Download Page"}], "identifier": "OTDS.022025.32611.1", "keyword": ["Altadena", "Malibu", "Santa Monica", "Sierra Madre", "Topanga", "community-dataspace", "topographic differencing", "wildfire"], "license": "https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0", "modified": "2025-02-06", "programCode": ["000:000"], "publisher": {"@type": "org:Organization", "name": "OpenTopography"}, "spatial": "-118.71,34.0,-118.0,34.26", "title": "Topographic differencing spanning the 2025 Palisades and Eaton Fires, LA"}
