The benthic data include substrate type and species identification. A total of 20 transects of the Hawaii Coral Reef Assessment and Monitoring Program (CRAMP) took place 2018-06-13 to 2018-07-16 at 10 sites on Maui. Most sites consist of two transects along different isobaths-- shallow (~2-4m) and deep (~7-13m) lines. CRAMP has surveyed state-wide coral reefs quasi-annually since 1999 with all historic sets archived at NOAA/NESDIS/NCEI. This dataset is available to the public for a wide variety of uses including scientific research and analysis.
