Daytime ROV dives were conducted and included high-resolution visual surveys, instrument recoveries, and limited rock and biologic specimen sampling. This expedition is part of a three-year Campaign of Expeditions (Campaign to Address Pacific monument Science, Technology, and Ocean NEeds or CAPSTONE) focused on exploring the deepwater marine protected areas in the Pacific. This dataset is available to the public for a wide variety of uses including scientific research and analysis.
