It co-locates MODIS and OMI cloud and radiance information onto the OMI pixel.\n\nThe OMMYDAGEO data files are stored in the version 5 EOS Hierarchical Data Format (HDF-EOS5) using the swath model, and follows the same conventions used by the other OMI Level-2 data products. Each file contains data for 5 minutes, corresponding to the MODIS granule from the daylit side of the orbit. There are on the order of about 140 swath files per day.
