A spectral library was compiled using in situ spectra in the USGS Spectral Library (v7) to represent green vegetation, non-photosynthetic vegetation, and soil. Linear spectral unmixing was then applied to mosaics of AVIRIS-NG reflectance using these spectra to estimate the fractional composition (scaled 0-1) of each endmember type for all terrestrial pixels.
