SRH-1D-VEG2D is developed as a reach scale numerical model to simulate long-term vegetation establishment, growth, and desiccation. Reclamation’s SRH-1D model is first used to simulate flow, sediment transport, and channel geomorphology change. SRH-1D-VEG2D then translates the 1D flow, sediment, and channel topography into a 2D form to simulate vegetation processes. ",
