Structures are awarded in batches (up to 10 structures at a time). Structure should be down &amp; clear within 90 days of the contract being awarded.<br />c) BPAT \u2013 The property is being reviewed by the Blighted Property Action Team.<br />d) D&amp;C \u2013 Down &amp; Clear, the structure has been demolished and the site has passed the final wrecking inspection.<br />e) In Process \u2013 The demolition has been approved and preparations for demolition are being made.
