These data were collected by Akira Kuwata and Kazuaki Tadokoro of Tohoku National Fisheries Research Institute, Fisheries Research and Education Agency. The major objectives of the measurements is to provide a high quality measurements of atmospheric and sea surface pCO2, sea surface salinity, temperature, and other parameters in the coastal area near Japan.
