The models simulated observed conditions from 2000 to 2019 and future changes in response to scenarios of low and high river flow and sea level rise up until 2049. Model outputs include ASCII grid files of water temperature, salinity, and species biomasses, and csv files of species biodiversity indices at monthly time steps for the years 2000-2019 and the year 2049. Temperature and salinity files are labeled with year and month and species biomass and biodiversity files are labeled by monthly timestep (years 2000-2019 = timesteps 1-240, year 2049 = timesteps 589-600). This dataset is available to the public for a wide variety of uses including scientific research and analysis.
