Each clone was grown as 8-hill plots and replicated twice. Five tubers per sample were imaged. Each face of the tuber was imaged on two different backgrounds. The five tubers were also halved lengthwise and one of side was imaged using a flatbed scanner.
\n
Resources in this dataset:
\n
\n
\n
Resource Title: A08241_scanner_images\nFile Name: tubers.zip\nResource description: These are images of halved potato tubers collected from clones in the A08241 breeding population using a Hewlett Packard HP ColorJet 6200C flatbed scanner.
