Samples are processed by the Whitney Genetics Lab (WGL) using a standardized extraction procedure and qPCR marker sets described in the Program\u2019s QAPP. All detection results undergo quality assurance review by Program QA/QC staff before being finalized.\nThe dataset includes sample coordinates, field metadata, laboratory extraction and detection outputs, and case\u2011level summaries generated upon completion of each non\u2011traditional sampling request. Completed datasets are stored within the internal Azure environments, backed up in the Service\u2019s Enterprise Data Warehouse, and incorporated into ServCat at the end of each sampling year for long\u2011term preservation and accessibility.
