HOW THE DATASET IS CREATED</strong>\nThe boundaries are uploaded from TIGER/Line shapefiles provided by the <u><a href=\"https://www.census.gov/cgi-bin/geo/shapefiles/index.php?year=2021&layergroup=Block+Groups\">U.S. Census Bureau</a></u>. \n \n<strong>C. UPDATE PROCESS</strong>\nThis dataset is static. Changes to the census blocks are tracked in multiple datasets. See here for <u><a href=\"https://data.sfgov.org/d/wymm-gfht\">2000</a></u> census tract boundaries. \n\n<strong>D. HOW TO USE THIS DATASET</strong>\nThis boundary file can be joined to other census datasets on GEOID.
