The USGS program PeakFQ version 7.3 (U.S. Geological Survey, 2019) was used to estimate the parameters of the Log-Pearson Type III distribution using updated methods outlined in Bulletin 17C (England and others, 2018) and regional skew of 0.28 and a mean-squared error of 0.20.
