  "description": "This dataset presents summarized results of acoustical data gathered by the Natural Sounds and Night Skies Division (NSNSD) at three sites in Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument from February-March 2022. (Data collection failed at a fourth intended site, KAWW003, hence the gap in site numbers). Specifically, these summaries represent the off-site listening analysis conducted by the Listening Lab at Colorado State University. The data summaries include hourly audibility (% time audible) results of each natural and non-natural sound source in a subset of the acoustical dataset. The data herein are described in further detail in a corresponding acoustic monitoring report.",
