The \nmodel area is an approximately 45,000 square-kilometer region of southern Nevada and California. The model \nsimulates prepumping conditions of the DVRFS and provides starting conditions for the development and \ncalibration of a transient ground-water flow model, (see \"Larger Work Citation\", Chapter A, page 8, for details). \nThe lateral boundary encompassing the model domain is a combination of no-flow boundaries resulting from \nphysical barriers or hydraulic separation of flow regimes (ground-water divides and [or] regional flow lines) \nand arbitrary lateral-flow (throughflow) boundaries where water is allowed to flow across the lateral boundary.", "distribution": [{"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "accessURL": "https://doi.org/10.5066/P98FDOH0", "description": "Landing page for access to the data", "format": "XML", "mediaType": "application/http", "title": "Digital Data"}, {"@type": "dcat:Distribution", "description": "The metadata original format", "downloadURL": "https://data.usgs.gov/datacatalog/metadata/USGS.d026aeb5-b7df-423c-aed0-b3042904daf1.xml", "format": "XML", "mediaType": "text/xml", "title": "Original Metadata"}], "identifier": "http://datainventory.doi.gov/id/dataset/USGS_d026aeb5-b7df-423c-aed0-b3042904daf1", "keyword": ["Amargosa Desert", "Ash Meadows", "California", "California Valley", "Chicago Valley", "China Ranch", "Clark County", "Clayton Valley", "Coal Valley", "Death Valley", "Death Valley regional ground-water flow system", "Esmeralda County", "Eureka Valley", "Franklin Lake", "Franklin Well", "Garden Valley", "Inyo County", "Kern County", "Las Vegas Valley", "Lincoln County", "Mesquite Valley", "Mineral County", "Mono County", "Nevada", "Nevada Test Site", "Nye County", "Oasis Valley", "Owlshead Mountains", "Pahranagat Range", "Pahrump Valley", "Panamint Range", "Penoyer Valley", "Railroad Valley", "Resting Spring", "Saline Valley", "San Bernardino County", "Sarcobatus Flat", "Sheep Range", "Shoshone", "Silurian Valley", "Spring Mountains", "Stewart Valley", "Stone Cabin Valley", "Tecopa", "USGS:d026aeb5-b7df-423c-aed0-b3042904daf1", "Yucca Mountain", "eastern California", "environment", "evapotranspiration", "flow model", "geoscientificInformation", "ground water", "ground-water discharge", "ground-water pumping", "ground-water recharge", "hydraulic conductivity", "hydraulic head", "hydrogeologic framework model", "hydrogeology", "hydrology", "inlandWaters", "lateral ground-water model boundary", "net infiltration", "southern Nevada", "spring flow", "steady state ground-water model", "transient ground-water model", "water level", "water well"], "modified": "2020-11-17T00:00:00Z", "publisher": {"@type": "org:Organization", "name": "U.S. Geological Survey"}, "spatial": "-117.711796, 35.481933, -114.988239, 38.122763", "theme": ["geospatial"], "title": "Lateral boundary of the steady-state ground-water flow model by D'Agnese and others (2002), Death Valley regional ground-water flow system, Nevada and California"}
