In the upper half of the Bay, samples were collected aboard the R/V Kerhin in collaboration with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources' Chesapeake Bay Water Quality Monitoring Program. Additional water quality parameters from the cruises were downloaded from the Chesapeake Bay program website.
