Four primary sites in the bay were chosen which had been used in historical water quality studies. Additional sites were located in feeder streams within a mile of the bay and just offshore in the open ocean. This dataset includes measurements of water temperature, salinity, total suspended solids (TSS), light penetration, secchi depth, depth extinction coefficient, chlorophyll-a, zooplankton, nutrients, dissolved particulate C and N, dome efflux rates, O2 production, sedimentation, turbidity, current speed and direction, and other parameters.
