  "description": "<div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) announces the release of the </span><strong>draft CalEnviroScreen 5.0</strong><span> update. CalEnviroScreen is a mapping tool that identifies California communities disproportionately burdened by pollution. This update uses the most recent census geography, incorporates the most recent data, refined methodologies, and input from community-based organizations. It also introduces two new indicators: Diabetes Prevalence and Small Air Toxic Sites.</span></p><p><span>This feature layer includes the draft results as well as all indicator scores and percentiles.
