In the winter (December 2022 and February 2023) samples were collected at opposing ends of the ponds, or wherever ponding was sufficient for a sample to be taken. An additional sample was collected in July 2023 during the amphibian breeding season. The number of samples collected during each sampling event varied based on water availability and in July 2023 only one sample was collected because Pond 2 was dry.
