Process Description: First, data was imported and converted to the UTM coordinate system, Units meters, NAD 83 from Dr. Kulp's contour data in a source DXF file. Contour data was extrapolated several locations to create subsidence zones/polygons in order to assign a "subsidence value" to the individual LCA 1k cells using spatial overlay analysis.
