Zimbabwe HIV Care and Treatment COP17 Data

The ZHCT Project compliments the GOZ efforts towards attainment of the UNAIDS targets through provision of community index HIV testing, linking clients identified to be living with HIV to ART and ensure retention in care for virologic suppression. The ZHCT project ensures retention in care through defaulter tracking and implementation of Differentiated ART delivery models for stable patients through formation of Community ART Refill Groups (CARGs).
