    • WATER TEMPERATURE and other data from USCGC GLACIER, NOAA Ship TOWNSEND CROMWELL and other platforms from 1965-11-22 to 1984-05-26 (NCEI Accession 9500057)

    The water depth and temperature data were collected from multiple ships between November 1965 and May 1984 by Scripps Institution of Oceanography, La Jolla CA. The originator's bathythermograph (XBT) data was collected from 152 cruises. 2,659 XBT drops were digitized in NODC UBT format by Dr. Roger Bauer.
