    The water depth and temperature data was collected from ships of Opportunity The data was collected from January 4, 1989 to December 15, 1989. The originator's bathythermograph (XBT) data was submitted in a cassette by Mr. Grayson Wood of National Marine fisheries Service, Narragansett, RI. The data has been converted and is now available on line in C116 file format of NODC.
